The triple room rate is the same as the standard sharing rate of the package you are interested in. Please reach out to CGT to ensure that the room configurations meet your needs and to confirm availability.

If you have booked a flight through CGT and have taken the group insurance, your flights are covered. Yes, everyone travelling to Ireland needs a passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date you plan to return to the United States. Consult with your issuing country’s guidelines to ensure a smooth travel experience.  

Answer about the tournament

You will go through Irish customs when arriving in Ireland. You will go through pre-clearance US Customs in Dublin or Shannon Airport when returning to the USA from Ireland. If you are not returning from Ireland, you will likely go through customs when entering the USA.

When you register for a package, you will receive an invoice from Cara Group Travel. The team will be in touch for additional information after registration. You will receive documents for your travel experience via email at least 2 weeks before you travel. 

Uber is available in Ireland; however, FREENOW is much more popular in the Republic. In Northern Ireland, we suggest using fonaCAB.  

If you are not using a private or group transfer arranged by CGT, you can use these apps, designated taxi areas, or public transport to find your way around. 

For Dublin Airport, the AirCoach is also a transport option, and should be booked in advance. The Translink is another option that services Dublin – Belfast. You can also travel to Ireland by train or bus. 

When travelling internationally, we find WhatsApp to be an easy-to-use and free app for texting, messaging, and calls. WiFi or data is required to use WhatsApp.

If using the group transfers, we recommend arriving at Dublin Airport between 4:30 AM and 11:00 AM. For your departing flight, if you wish to avail of the group transfer, we suggest booking a flight that departs from Dublin no earlier than 11:00 AM and no later than 6:00 PM in the evening. For all other flight advice, reach out to a CGT representative.

Group airport transfers are included on the day of arrival and departure on our packages. They cater to the most popular arrival time at a designated airport.

Private transfers can be requested for passengers with unique itineraries and are subject to availability. Customized packages or flights outside of the designated arrival times are not guaranteed to coincide with the group transfer included on packages. Therefore, any private transfers needed will incur additional costs. 

The group transfer serves Dublin Airport on the arrival and departure days outlined on the packages. For the 2 Galway package extension that is available to all fans, Shannon Airport will also be served on arrival.

If you are not able to avail yourself of the group transfer in your package, you can reach out to a CGT representative to arrange a private transfer. Depending on flight times, these transfers may be shared with other Friendship Four fans.

The SSE Arena is within walking distance of all of the hotels included in your package. You do not have to take a transfer; however, there will be a shuttle bus transporting the fans from the hotel to the arena in Belfast. They will also be bringing the groups back to the hotel.

Cara Group Travel, in conjunction with the Friendship Four, will release a link to pre-order tournament merchandise to be delivered or picked up at the SSE Arena. All Friendship Four jersey orders must be pre-ordered and can only be picked up at the SSE Arena.

All packages come with game tickets. If you are not purchasing a package with us, game tickets can be purchased HERE. Seating at the SSE Arena is general admission; please disregard seating or row numbers on your ticket.
